Propare is an online coaching marketplace built by NCAA athletes. We connect youth and high school athletes with verified collegiate and professional coaches for live 1:1 sessions and video analysis feedback — no matter where you live.

Propare is built for youth and high school athletes who are serious about improving. If you've been limited by who's in your area, Propare gives you access to elite coaches you couldn't reach locally. It's also built for parents who want a safe, verified coaching option for their athlete.

Propare is launching with track and field — throws, sprints, hurdles, jumps, pole vault, and strength development. More sports will be added as the platform grows.

No. Propare is completely independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university, athletic department, or governing body.

We're in the final stages before launch. Signing up now puts you on the early access waitlist — you'll be among the first athletes and coaches notified when the platform opens. Spots are limited for our initial launch group.

There are two ways to get coached. Live 1:1 Sessions are real-time video calls where a coach works with you directly — technique, lifting, film review, mentorship, whatever you need. Video Analysis Sessions let you upload a training clip and your coach delivers timestamped voice notes, drawings, and corrections tied to the exact moments in your footage — no scheduling required.

A device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps), and Microsoft Teams downloaded before your session. That's it.

You upload a single training clip. Your coach reviews it using Propare's built-in tools — frame-by-frame scrubbing, timestamped voice notes, and drawing tools — and delivers feedback within 48 hours. Once delivered, the session is locked as a permanent replay you can rewatch anytime.

1080p at 60fps is ideal. One consistent angle works best — fill about two thirds of the frame. If you're not sure what angle to use, ask your coach before filming.

Browse coach profiles, pick your session type, choose an available time, and complete payment through Stripe. You'll get a confirmation with everything you need. For video analysis, just upload your clip whenever you're ready — no scheduling required.

Every coach on Propare has competed at the NCAA or professional level. Our launch group includes national record holders, NCAA All-Americans, and top-ranked collegiate and professional athletes in track and field.

Every coach is manually reviewed by the Propare team before they can take bookings. We verify athletic background and credentials, review the profile, require Stripe identity verification, and confirm agreement to Propare's safety and conduct standards. Propare does not allow open public coach sign-ups during MVP — every coach in the launch group is personally vetted.

Browse by sport, event, or specialty. Every profile shows athletic background, what they coach, session types, pricing, and reviews from completed sessions — everything you need to find the right fit before you book.

Yes. Coaches set their own rates, session lengths, and what's included. You'll see all of it on their profile before committing to anything.

Payment is made at the time of booking through Stripe, which accepts most major debit and credit cards. Your payment is held securely and only released to the coach after the session is completed.

Stripe charges a standard processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. This is shown at checkout before you confirm — no surprises.

If a coach cancels or doesn't show up, you get a full refund automatically. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, you get a refund minus the Stripe processing fee. Cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. If a verified technical issue prevented the session, contact support@propareapp.com within 72 hours and we'll review it.

Yes, as long as you reschedule at least 24 hours before the session. Inside that window it may be treated as a late cancellation.

Yes. All payments must go through the platform. Off-platform payments through Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, or anything else are prohibited and may result in removal from Propare.

All sessions happen inside the Propare platform — personal contact information is never shared between athletes and coaches. Athletes under 18 must have a parent or guardian linked to their account. Every coach is manually vetted and agrees to Propare's safety and conduct standards before being approved. All communication is logged inside the platform.

Athletes under 18 must have a parent or guardian linked to their account during sign-up. Parents can monitor bookings, view session history, and communicate through the platform. Parents are also welcome to sit nearby or listen in during live sessions.

No. All communication must stay inside the platform. Coaches are prohibited from requesting personal contact information or communicating through any outside channel. Violations result in immediate removal from Propare.

Leave the session immediately. Report it through Propare or email support@propareapp.com. Reports are reviewed quickly and a coach's account may be suspended while the situation is investigated.

No. Propare does not sell or share personal data with third parties. Your information is used only to operate the platform and keep sessions safe. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. Coaches are paid for a legitimate coaching service — not endorsements or NIL promotions. Propare is completely independent from any university or athletic department. Each coach is responsible for confirming their participation complies with their own school's rules.

Coaching on Propare is payment for a legitimate service, not a traditional NIL deal. That said, some schools classify any outside income by student athletes as NIL activity for disclosure purposes. Check your school's policy and report income if required.

Live video sessions: Propare takes 10%, you keep 90%. Video analysis sessions: Propare takes 20%, you keep 80%. Stripe also deducts their standard processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 before payout. Payouts are processed automatically through Stripe, typically within 2 business days.

No. Coaches can identify their school by name but cannot use university logos, uniforms, marks, or facilities in any Propare content or sessions without written permission from their institution.

NCAA athletes, professional athletes, and certified coaches. Every coach goes through Propare's manual verification process before being approved. During our MVP phase we are not accepting open public applications — if you're interested, sign up on the waitlist and we'll reach out.
